The stores serve well beyond the cities named here, including Elizabethton, Jonesborough, Erwin, Abingdon, and the counties between them. Call the store nearest you, tell them where the job is, and they’ll confirm delivery and pickup for your address.
Questions before you call
Which store should I call?
The one closest to the jobsite, since that’s the store that will deliver and pick up. If you’re between two, call either; the stores coordinate on equipment and will send the unit from wherever it’s available.
Can I pick up at one store and return to another?
Ask when you reserve. Each store manages its own fleet, so a cross-store return has to be arranged ahead of time rather than decided at the end of the rental.
Do you deliver outside the Tri-Cities?
Yes. Delivery is priced by equipment size, distance, and crew, so farther jobsites cost more but are rarely out of range. Call the nearest store with the address for a number.
