Questions before you rent
Can I check what's in stock before I drive over?
Yes. The online catalog shows the fleet by category with current rates, and you can reserve from it. For a specific date, a quick call to the store confirms the unit is set aside for you.
Do I need a contractor's account to rent?
No. Homeowners rent on the same terms as contractors: a driver’s license, a credit card or deposit, and a signed contract. Contractors who rent often can open a personal or corporate credit account to skip the deposit on each rental.
What's included with the rental?
Equipment goes out clean, serviced, and full of fuel, with a walkthrough of the controls at the counter. A 10 percent damage waiver is added to every rental. Trailers, hitches, and delivery are arranged when you reserve.
